I was impressed with the communication by the customer service staff. There was only one small hiccup after the notification of the bag being completed and awaiting the USPS label pickup and the tracking link. However, once I contacted customer service, they responded promptly. It did take a little over 3 weeks to receive the bag. I can truly say, it was worth the extra time. I have already gotten compliments on the bag.
